Coaches
Mary Wilson-Burkett, President of Coaching Associates, Inc (CAI), started the company to bring diverse, talented coaches together to offer a variety of coaching programs. Using today’s technology, she designed a company without a corporate headquarters. All the coaches work from remote locations, ensuring maximum scheduling flexibility with the client in mind! The company is also unique because it does not have managers or supervisors. Leadership is cultivated and leaders are nurtured. She has a bachelor’s degree is Mass Communication from the University of Utah, is a published author and has been coaching for 10 years.
Jayne Burt Johnson, Coach Team Leader, handles all coach training and customer service at CAI. A published author, she has a degree in English from Fullerton State University in Fullerton, California. She is a former business owner, manager and sales leader.
The coach team brings years of experience in corporate training, managing and supervision as well as numerous degrees. The coach team includes: Kris Roark, Lee Brown, Pat Carter, Dianne Yancey, Kristi Ebsch, Danielle Qarishi, Keisha Weight, Charlotte Holt Vincent.
CAI also uses the services of two part-time administrative assistants, both young mothers who work hours that accommodate their families’ busy schedules.
